Working with a prominent and highly regarded partner, this is an excellent opportunity for a circa 3 year pqe solicitor to develop their focus on international succession planning, wills, trusts and tax matters with particular attention on conflict of laws. With an emphasis on the UK and Continental Europe, the role involves advising international clients and their family offices, trustees and private banks on international trust, tax and estate issues. The successful candidate should therefore have fluency in at least one or more European languages, preferably French, Italian and/or German.
