This senior role requires an experienced, qualified sales professional with a good network in Switzerland and leadership potential. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be called upon to grow the firm’s fiduciary business in Switzerland and establish a solid product platform.
Role This is an exciting role for someone with experience of selling products to banks, trust companies, asset managers, corporate- or financial intermediary clients and a solid understanding of fiduciary / treasury products. The successful candidate will be instrumental in growing the firm’s fiduciary business in Switzerland, determining sales and marketing strategy, growing and leading the team and driving the development of new, innovative products to offer clients. There will be strong cooperation with the firm’s treasury products teams in other locations. The firm offers an outstanding corporate culture that fosters a flat hierarchy and entrepreneurialism.
Requirements - 5+ years experience in selling financial products (ideally treasury) to banks, intermediaries, trust companies or corporations in Switzerland - Excellent communication skills, networker, and trust-inspiring personality - Ability to build trust and strong relationships - Ability to lead and build a team - In-depth knowledge of treasury / fiduciary products - Fluent language skills in English & German
