An exciting job opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Compliance professional to join a growing private bank in Zürich.
Role You will join a small team of experienced Compliance professionals, taking responsibility for the upkeep of the bank's outstanding regulatory track record and reputation, whilst ensuring business interests are maintained. It is important to point out that this is not a policing role - whilst the team oversees account openings, conducts Anti Money Laundering practices and monitors trading activities, the firm is seeking an individual who is interested in best facilitating the interests of the firm and actively working alongside the front office in ensuring continued revenues and growth whilst adhering to regulatory requirements and protecting the firm's reputation. The working environment is fresh and dynamic, and small enough for you to get an overview of all areas of the bank.
Requirements - Several years experience in Compliance - Experience in Private Banking in Switzerland, either in a Compliance or Front Office role - Solid communication skills in English, and ideally German - The ability to communicate with peers, senior management and clients - An interest in the Private Banking business
