Our client, a world leading financial institution and one of Guernsey’s largest finance industry employers is looking to recruit an additional team leader within its Wealth Management division. This is a key, pivotal role within a dedicated client servicing group, focussing on the provision of offshore fiduciary and custody services to a select portfolio of ultra high net worth clients.
As team leader the successful candidate will take responsibility for their own client relationships whilst simultaneously leading a team of account managers.
Team management responsibilities will include; prioritisation, delivery and team performance, ensuring that policies are adhered to, improving and enhancing client service levels, undertaking regular team meetings and arranging training as required.
You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients, understanding expectations and proactively seeking opportunities to add value.
Whilst it is expected that the successful candidate will have gained at least five years relevant experience in Custody and Banking a greater emphasis will be placed on identifying individuals who can demonstrate assertiveness, self-motivation, decisiveness, strong interpersonal and team participation skills.
