Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a leading FTSE 100 Group. They have established a Fund Administration company in Guernsey and are looking for a Managing Director to continue developing this business servicing Property, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Equity and Bond Funds. As well as ensuring the smooth running of the business candidates will also be expected to drive forward the company’s plans for continued business growth ( both organic and through acquisitions). It is crucial therefore for candidates to possess genuine leadership skills and high levels of ambition and motivation. At least seven years relevant funds industry experience at a senior management or director level will be required, along with in-depth knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory environment, asset classes and fund structures. A professional accountancy qualification is preferred but is not essential.
