Position description
Well established Mayfair based Private Equity and Hedge Fund Manager require an organised Office Manager/Executive Assistant to take ownership of ensuring day-to-day business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting directly to a CEO (who has a very successful track record). The Office Manager/EA will have a key position at this boutique operation.
Responsibilities will be shared across: •Adherence to the operational policies and procedures of the firm •Supporting a small team of Directors •Vendor Management •Marketing •Book keeping and general day-to-day activities
Requirements: •Significant experience as an Office Manager, Personal, or Executive Assistant •A strong familiarity with Book keeping or accounting •Knowledge of the FSA regulatory environment
The opportunity will suit an individual that enjoys working in an environment that can quickly become fast paced. Has strong attention to detail and is accurate. Can demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills. Is numerate, has first rate communication skills and is comfortable giving orders to senior management.
