Working in a professional team for a large Private Bank you would have exposure to all levels of the bank and work with them planning and undertaking reviews of the their processes and controls.
Role
This demanding role requires strong analytical and excellent communication skills to be able to understand the business processes and identify areas of improvement. The candidate needs to be able to provide the business with solid, well thought out recommendations minimising operational risk and assist the business with the implementation of these proposals. Suitable monitoring of the impact of the changes on the overall business risk profile is required as is the preparation of regular reports to Senior Management and coordination/communication across global risk teams with in the organisation.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Verbal and written skills in English and German preferable. Strong experience in a operation risk role for a private bank, asset manager or similar
