Our international financial services client is seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant experience in real estate funds and/or the property industry to join their London accounting team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the more complex accounting and reporting services to a range of entities, in addition to client relationship management and the mentoring of junior members of the team.
Working closely with the head of the team, and deputising in their absence, the Senior Accountant will be expected to implement best practice and work with minimal supervision. Involvement in the management of key client and intermediary relationships in addition to working closely with counterparts is crucial in this role. Undertaking complex accounting work and demonstrating strong technical skills in terms of IFRS and UK GAAP, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that all files and accounts, for a portfolio of clients, are prepared to the highest standards.
