An exciting job opportunity for a motivated and experienced Assistant Relationship Manager / Junior investment professional for joining an international financial institution that is strongly focused on the Latin American region. As Senior Assistant you will provide support to the Brazilian Desk. Working closely with a Senior Relationship Manager you will provide support across all functions of the operation from liaising directly with clients and key stakeholders within the organization, administrative and compliance duties, investment proposals and presentations, and portfolio management and daily on going requests and transactions received from existing clients.
Requirements
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in assisting a Private Wealth Management team. • Previous experience preferable covering the Latin American market. • Good knowledge of AML/KYC, account opening documents, and Swiss Banking Secrecy. • Knowledge, experience, and interest in investments, portfolio management. • Business or Economics degree and/or perusing CFA qualification. • Fluent in English and Portuguese is a must, Spanish and/or German is a plus. • Well structured, organized and diligent approach to work. • Very strong interpersonal and communications skills. • Experienced at dealing with a range of stakeholders and clients.
